You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- The return must be due to a quality issue (defective or damaged upon arrival)
We accept returns only for defective or quality-related issues.
Return process
- Contact us at info@bossesale.vip within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA).
- Wait for our reply with a free return shipping label (for quality issues).
- Affix the label to the original package, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

For approved quality issues – FREE return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label.

Refund timing
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. After approval, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
