Shipping destinations

We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

Shipping carriers

We work with various reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL). The carrier for your order is selected randomly based on availability, package weight, and destination. We do not guarantee a specific carrier.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time.

Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

Lost or delayed packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will help file a claim.
