Eligibility Criteria
- For non-defective returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts received with the purchase. Products that show signs of use, missing packaging, or damage not caused by us may be partially refunded or refused.
- For defective or incorrect items: Please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a full resolution, with no cost to you. Damaged or wrong items are exempt from the unused/original packaging requirement; just let us know what happened.
How to Initiate a Return
Send an email to info@bossesale.vip with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a free prepaid return shipping label.

We cover all return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees — you will not be charged a penny for sending the item back to us.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
Refund Timeline to Your Account
The refunded amount will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. PayPal refunds typically show up sooner but may also vary slightly.
